Stationary Trainer Series

Each Stationary Trainer series is designed by Coach Darryl to use the industry standard proven Structured Technique to optimize fitness at series end. Train like the pros by concentrating on increasing leg Power in the first third of the workouts, then Endurance in the middle third and finally anaerobic conditioning in the last third of the workout series. 

Each workout gets harder as you get stronger! 

Unlike a class, the cyclist can pedal any workout multiple times until ready to progress to the next workout in the series.

Each series will be emailed to you as a PDF file. Included will be a 20+ page Success eManual for Stationary Training that describes each of the individual workouts in the series, what equipment is needed and recommended and the pros and cons of each type of trainer.
